Abstract

Indian major carp, Labeo rohita was immunized with bovine serum albumin (BSA) and serum was collected on days 7, 14, 21 and 28 after immunization. The BSA-specific antibody levels were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA), without raising anti- fish sp. antibodies.
